Oof …. wow what a six months its been since we’ve connected.
How are you? …. Have you become an expert at surfing the waves of external and internal change? ; )
I defiantly have in a whole new way. A more stable and expansive way.
I have also come to recognize within myself with each wave I ride how my much stronger my internal core has become and how much more stable I am.
So when the next wave does come, it doesn’t land as hard and destabilize as much, however it does not take away from the tenderness and rawness which follows the evolutionary journey - This part of journey I know is the most important.
Just as the most important part of any yoga practice is Shavasana - The integration, To give self permission to Rest, To Take Care of all needs in a new and fulfilling way and to allow Integration in every part of the being.
So Dear Sweet Heart, I encourage you to sit in reflection with yourself and to recognize the shifts and changes within you as you continue to ride your own waves of change and expansion. And to see how much stronger and wiser you have become.
And don’t be afraid to find new and deeper fulfilling ways to nurture your whole beautiful self.
You are worthy of receiving all the love and beauty The Universe and your Higher Self want you to have.
All which is needed from you is stay open and say YES.

Birthing New Energy Medicine Through Creativity.
I’ve been looking forward to sharing with you (and a bit nervous) about what I have been creating, not just over the last six months but over the winter too.
This journey began last summer, the journey of creativity. I found myself starting to open back up to this part of myself through the form of art.
Some of you may not know, but I actually have a creative background, studying fashion Design at college and textile and surface design at University. I then went onto working in the design industry for many years.
Creativity was not something I connected to just through education I was born into a very creative family, with both my parents being highly creative in their different ways, so naturally I was always open to this part of me.
Over the years, even as my primary attention, purpose and education has been Energy Medicine, I continued to dip in and out of creating various forms of art.
With this last year seeing a beautiful and gentle unfolding of these two aspects of myself - my Energy Medicine and my Art.
I sat where I was being guided, I listened, got out of the way and watched both these parts of me dance, play and eventually, birth a new creation.
It has been a powerful and fun process with old creative processes being shed and new ones being created. Filled with lots of powerful reflections and learnings, as well as a lot of stops and starts. And of course the deeper I went the clearer I became and through this process The Wisdom Keepers were born!

Wisdom Keepers
These Wisdom Keepers have been birthed with their own purpose and unique energy to support, guide and help heal those who work with them.
Their forms are created for a specific journey, to be used through different aspects and channels
Each Wisdom keeper is either created just for the individual or for the collective.
There are many different ways to work with and engage the Wisdom keepers, these are some of the ways.
In a Space
By placing The wisdom keeper on an altar or in a special sacred space gives the energy permission to become a guide, clearing, resetting, protecting through intention or prayer.
Through Meditation
In meditation or medicine journey, inviting in the energy to accompany, guide and protect you.
Energetically
Working with the energy to help unblock, protect and heal the body.
The Body
Marked (Tattooed) on the body to activate the body’s healing, reconnection and bringing forward the body’s wisdom.
Created for you
A unique map of your life journey, its elements - Past, Present and Future. It is created for you to be there as a guide, a wisdom keeper of your medicine, life path and purpose. Your wisdom keeper will bring you clarity through energetic reflection of who you are in your essence and being.

Her Energy Medicine is of Our Sun, nurturing and fertile. She holds the wisdom, power and healing energy of transformation, awakening and reconnection.
Every Collective Wisdom Keeper comes with its own channeled intention and recorded meditation.
An energy integration session with myself is available to hold and anchor in the wisdom and activate the healing of Awakenings.
